An item purchased from Jenny Marquis Art & Design must meet all of the criteria outlined in our Refund Policy in order to be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a new item.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility of Fine Art Returns & Exchanges
This pertains to our collection of printed note cards and art prints: In order for a fine art item to be eligible for return or exchange, the item must in the original, undamaged condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. Any signs of damage or alteration may result in the item being ineligible for return or exchange.
Eligibility of Artisan Jewelry Returns & Exchanges
This pertains to our collection of artisan jewelry and jewelry accessories: In order for a jewelry item to be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be in the original, unworn condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in the item being ineligible for return or exchange.
RETURN POLICY
Returning a Purchased Item for a Full Refund
Eligible items can be returned in two ways: either in person by appointment—or—by shipping the items back to us in the original packaging.
The item must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date with proof of purchase. If the item was shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You will be notified once we are in receipt of your returned item. We recommend that you retain records of the tracking information for the item you are returning as proof of delivery. After we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your return. If we accept your returned item, we will credit your original form payment. Please note that Jenny Marquis Art & Design has the right to refuse returns and deny the refund of any return, at any time, for any reason.

Eligible return items should be shipped back to us in the original packaging or a padded envelope, along with the sales receipt, or a note which contains your order number and your contact information. Returns should be shipped to:

EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanging a Purchased Item for a New Item
Eligible items can only be exchanged in person by appointment only.
The eligible item must be exchanged within 30 days of the original delivery date with proof of purchase. Please note that Jenny Marquis Art & Design has the right to refuse exchanges and deny an exchange, at any time, for any reason.
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
To initiate an exchange: Please e-mail us at jenny.marquis.art@gmail.com to initiate the process of an item exchange. Please include the invoice number for the order in the e-mail.
POSSIBLE EXCEPTIONS
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us at jenny.marquis.art@gmail.com within 24 hours after receiving the order so we may rectify the issue.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
Gift Wrap Service Fees are Non-Refundable
When a refund is issued for an item that was originally gift wrapped by us, the $5 fee for the gift wrap service cannot be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping & Handling Fees are Non-Refundable
If you originally paid for the shipping on an order, the shipping & handling fee is non-refundable.
EXCLUSIONS
Lost or Stolen Items
Jenny Marquis Art & Design is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail or stolen. Please reach out to the shipping carrier if you are experience delays or issues related to shipping. If you are still experiencing issues, you may contact us at jenny.marquis.art@gmail.com and we will try to assist.
Custom Items are Excluded from Returns & Exchanges
Custom items are made-to-order on the agreed to terms. If a jewelry item has been customized as per the customer's request (e.g. cut to a custom length), it may not be returned. Custom items are final sale.
Special Order Items are Excluded from Returns & Exchanges
Special Order items are made-to-order on the agreed to terms. Special Order items are final sale and may not be returned.
Limited Edition Items are Excluded from Returns & Exchanges
Items marked as "Limited Edition" in the sales receipt are final sale and may not be returned.
Final Sale Items are Excluded from Returns & Exchanges
Items marked as "Final Sale" in the sales receipt are final sale and may not be returned.
