How to place an order

3. After you place the order, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours, awaiting your approval and payment. See 'Submit Payment' for next steps.
If your order is eligible for any of our current promotional offers, they will be automatically applied and the discounts will appear in the order invoice.

We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Once you pay the full amount (the total amount due on the invoice), the order is confirmed and you will receive an order confirmation.
If the items are being shipped, they will ship via USPS or FedEx within one business day after full payment is received.
If you ordered multiple items, some items may need to be grouped into separate shipments. We will provide you with shipping confirmation as each item ships.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel within 48 hours of order placement without penalty. If unpaid after that, the order auto-cancels. After payment, you have a one-hour window to make changes to your order or cancel for a full refund. Once the one-hour window has passed, you can return your order by mail. HOLDING ITEMS
Placing an order does not automatically hold items. Only paid items are reserved. You will need to put in a request to hold unpaid items by e-mailing us at info@jennymarquis.com. If your request is approved, we can hold your item(s) for 24 hours.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are placed using our Custom Design Service. Special orders are subject to seperate terms and conditions that are outlined in the quote.

When you hit "Send" to place an order using our Order Form, the order is not yet confirmed. After you place the order, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours, pending your approval and payment.
NEVER SHARE PAYMENT DETAILS OVER E-MAIL.
After you receive an invoice, please process your payments securely to us through PayPal, Venmo, or through your bank account (Zelle).
