AI Imagery Policy

All product images displayed on our main website (jennymarquis.com) are authentic photographs of real products handcrafted by Jenny Marquis Art & Design. No generative artificial intelligence (AI) is used to create or edit these product images. 

Product images featured in our Custom Design Service order form are AI-edited. Custom design work is initiated off-site, on our dedicated AI platform (jennymarquis.ai).

We offer our customers an AI-enhanced Custom Design Service in which we provide AI-edited sample images to assist clients in visualizing custom designs. These samples are based on photographs of actual products that we have produced in-studio. They are provided solely as illustrative tools to assist our customers during the design process. They are close approximations that accurately represent the intended outcome but they may not precisely match the final product. 

In 2026, we established Jenny Marquis AI (jennymarquis.ai) as our dedicated AI extension platform that fully embraces generative artificial intelligence to enhance your shopping experience and explore bold new creative possibilities in art and design.
