How to place an order

ORDER ONLINE

Use the form below OR e-mail your order to jenny.marquis.art@gmail.com directly.

After you place an order, you will receive an invoice for the product(s). The invoice will be pending your approval. The order will not be finalized until you approve the invoice.

If you are having the products shipped, they will be shipped after full payment for the order is received. Remote payment option: Venmo: @jennymarquisart

ORDER SHIPPING

USA: FREE shipping when you spend $40 or more (before tax). $5 shipping on orders under $40.

International: International shipping is not available at this time.

HOLD ITEMS

You may put in a request to hold product(s) for up to 24 hours.

Return Policy

Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase. If the item was shipped, customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing and refund of a return. Jewelry items: Jewelry must be in the original, unworn condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in the item being ineligible for return.
