After you place an order, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. The invoice will be pending your approval and payment.
If your order is eligible for any of our current promotional offers, they will be automatically applied and the discounts will appear in the order invoice.

The order will be finalized once you submit full payment for total amount due on the invoice. We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
If you are having the items shipped, they will be shipped [via USPS/FedEx] within one business day after full payment is received.
If you ordered multiple items, some items may need to be grouped into separate shipments. We will provide you with shipping confirmation as each item ships.

When you hit "Send" to place an order using our Order Form, the order is not yet finalized. After you place an order, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. The invoice will be pending your approval and payment. If the order is being shipped, it will be shipped within one business day after full payment is received.
NEVER SHARE PAYMENT DETAILS OVER E-MAIL.
Please process your payments securely to us through PayPal, Venmo, or through your bank account (Zelle).

After you have received and approved an invoice, you can submit payment for the total amount due on the invoice. We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders are pending approval and payment for 72 hours after they are placed. You may cancel the order during the 72-hour period. If you have not finalized the order once the period has ended, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Once you submit full payment for an order, the order is finalized. After payment is submitted, there is a one-hour window to cancel the order for a full refund. Once that one-hour window has passed, you can return your order by mail. View our Refund Policy for more information.
HOLDING ITEMS
Placing an order does not automatically hold items. You will need to put in a request to hold items by e-mailing us at jenny.marquis.art@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will hold your item(s) for up to 24 hours.
